Soul Connect grew from a simple belief: travelling with a pet should not mean compromising the experience of hospitality.
Through years of travelling with Mustang, I experienced the possibilities, the limitations and the gaps that exist when hospitality is not designed with pets in mind. That journey shaped a larger vision — to help the hospitality industry move beyond simply allowing pets and towards creating experiences that genuinely consider them.
